Access to Corporate Screening - EASE allows you to order consumer reports on individuals. By submitting an order, you, , are certifying the following: (a) is requesting the consumer report for employment purposes as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and no other purpose; (b) the subject of the report (“the consumer”) has received a clear and conspicuous disclosure in a document consisting solely of the disclosure stating that a consumer report may be obtained for employment purposes; (c) the consumer has authorized in writing the procurement of the consumer report by ; (d) the consumer report will not be used in violation of any applicable Federal or State equal employment opportunity law or regulation; (e) will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local pre-adverse and adverse action requirements should it become legally necessary to do so, including but not limited to those requirements set forth in Sections 604 and 615 of the FCRA; (f) to the extent California law applies, [CLIENT] has met and will continue to meet all requirements for receiving reports set forth in Cal. Civ Code 1786.16 and other California laws and regulations; (g) to the extent is ordering “investigative consumer report” information (as defined by the FCRA), has met all legal prerequisites for receiving an “investigative consumer report” and shall satisfy any ongoing or future “investigative consumer report” requirements; (h) has complied with and shall continue to comply with all federal, state, and local laws related to the consumer report being ordered.
